Note to Nonprofits

CVC does not and cannot regularly promote volunteer opportunities to our members. The mission of CVC is to advocate, support, and grow workplace volunteerism to improve communities. We do this through networking, professional development programs, and sharing best practices between members. In order to promote volunteer opportunities, CVC recommends and endorses affiliation to the Volunteer Resource Center.

Under extreme circumstances (natural disaster, community and national security) where immediate volunteer mobilization is needed, CVC will promote opportunities directly to our members at the discretion of the CVC board.
