2011 CVC-TC Awards LuncheonThe CVC-TC annual luncheon showcases the important work of our CVC and its members through the Employee Engagement and Community Partner Awards, and provides a great opportunity to both share best practices with your corporate colleagues and recognize and motivate volunteer council members and corporate leaders. As always, you can expect good food and great networking opportunities at the event. Keynote Speaker Thanks to a sponsorship from The Travelers Companies, Inc., a new CVC-TC member, CVC-TC has a special opportunity to work with Boccalandro on a study of Minnesota companies’ employee volunteerism and giving practices. Results from this study will be presented at the workshop that directly follows the Awards Luncheon. The results are only as effective as the data - if your company has not completed the Drivers of Effectiveness for Employee Volunteering and Giving Programs Benchmarking Survey Tool, please do so by January 31, 2011. Completing this confidential, free survey tool takes most respondents between 30 and 50 minutes, and can be done in multiple sittings. By completing this survey, individual corporations will receive an enhanced understanding of the effectiveness of their internal volunteer programs, and the Twin Cities will have a benchmark for the overall impact of corporate volunteerism in the Twin Cities community, mapped against community needs.
