CVC-TC Game Changer Award
 

In keeping with our mission, CVC-TC recognizes exceptional innovation and employee engagement with the Game Changer Award. This award honors an employee-driven corporate initiative or program that promotes volunteerism, demonstrates innovation, and impacts company culture and strategy.

The recipient of the Game Changer Award is recognized at the CVC-TC Annual Celebration held each spring.

In 2018, Accenture won this honor for their Dress for Success Twin Cities partnership. Accenture launched the Dress for Success Professional Intelligence Pilot Program, which focused on the right blend of the skills needed to be successful in that first critical year of stable employment and ensured digital and in-person access to a crefully thought out and blended curriculum. Accenture's volunteer team created new and transformative volunteer opportunities for others to help women achieve economic independence.
