CVC Chats are a chance for our members to come together and discuss current topics regarding the corporate volunteerism space. These chats are meant to be casual or informal times to connect with peers in the field. Topics will be brought to each CVC Chat with the purpose of providing relevant discussions, however, attendees are encouraged to bring their own questions that they want to raise to the group. These chats will be scheduled on an every other month timeline.

Topics for the September 16 include:

• Best practices and creative ideas to engage manufacturing, production, and/or call center employees
• What do you "count" as volunteerism and has that shifted due to the pandemic and other societal needs. Share unique ideas on how your team engages and incentives your employees to volunteer.
• Program share-out: we will spend part of this session surveying the group to learn about each others programming (VTO, matching gifts, Dollars for Doers, other incentives).
