As more individuals seek ways to engage in their communities, nonprofit board service represents a powerful opportunity to support both individual leadership and organizational impact.

This interactive, idea sharing session will explore how organizations can intentionally support, prepare, and connect individuals to nonprofit board service. We’ll discuss approaches to building equitable pipelines to board opportunities, strengthening partnerships between businesses and nonprofits, and aligning board service with broader CSR and talent development strategies.

Grounded in real-world practices and peer exchange, this session will surface both what’s working and where challenges remain. Participants will leave with actionable ideas and new connections to help support their own efforts.
