In my role at Xcel Energy, I manage our sponsorships and volunteer efforts. Connecting our employees to nonprofit organizations supporting community needs helps strengthen the communities we serve which benefit us all.

What corporate volunteer best practices would you share with other CVC-TC members? Always be purposeful and thoughtful when engaging with your employees because each individual has a specific cause that inspires them to act.
