How has the increase in COVID-19 cases affected your company’s return to the office?

  • 30% Delayed return to the office
  • 40% We’ve already returned but are encouraging hybrid work

Other comments:

  • We are phasing into a hybrid working environment this April.
  • We've returned to the office most days - up to 2 days remote.
  • We are returning to the office 2 days/week beginning April 4.
  • Voluntary return starting April 4th; no plans to offer any volunteer activities until this summer.

  • We may post something on our social channels.
  • Many initiatives throughout the month of April as well as a focus during the week: weekly blogs, thank you cards/emails, swag + prize drawings during shifts, thank you video, treats,certificates for offsite distribution partners, kicking off a volunteer reward program.
  • Small gift & card to volunteers; social media & email recognition; annual volunteer award.
  • Thank-You postcards were mailed to all volunteers. Volunteer Highlights on social media all week.
