Take 5: Reasons to Attend the CVC-TC 2023 Annual Celebration

Take 5:
Five Reasons to attend the CVC-TC Annual Celebration

The CVC-TC Annual Celebration is right around the corner on May 11 from 3-6 p.m. at Mendakota Country Club.  Registration is open until April 30.  Here’s 5 reasons you should attend:

  1. Surround yourself with Heroes through Service. CVC-TC is offering expanded recognition opportunities this year. Each CVC-TC member organization can nominate up to two Heroes through Service. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to recognize the people making the greatest impact in your organization. Nominees will receive a complimentary registration, a prize pack and certificate.  Nominate your Heroes through Service by April 14. With so many well-deserving volunteer champions, it’s sure to be a highlight of the event.
  2. Hear from keynote speaker, Dianne Haulcy.  During the keynote address, Haulcy will share her perspective on diversity, equity and inclusion. Haulcy is a well-known advocate and leader with 25 years of non-profit executive experience, most recently as Senior Vice President of Family Engagement at Think Small. At The Family Partnership, she oversees a $10 million organization dedicated to removing barriers for families impacted by low-income, systemic racism and adversity to clear the path to greater well-being. Learn more about Dianne Haulcy and The Family Partnership here.
  3. Learn about volunteer opportunities during the Volunteer Fair.  Visit with CVC-TC associate members and partner organizations to get the latest information on volunteer trends and opportunities.
  4. Network with other volunteerism professionals.  The Annual Celebration is CVC-TC’s biggest in-person event of the year. Register today to reconnect with old friends and make a few new connections.
  5. Appetizers, desserts and happy hour. If a compelling program, networking and celebrating the volunteer work happening in our communities wasn’t enough, then food and drink should be the extra encouragement you need to register.

Registration is $35 for CVC-TC members and $55 for non-members. We hope to see you and your Heroes through Service there!
